A system of linear differential equations with impulses in fixed points is studied. Sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of an almost periodic solution as well as sufficient conditions for the existence of a bounded solution of the given system are obtained. An asymptotic stability of these solutions is studied. Analogous questions for a quasilinear system are investigated.
