The existence of nilpotent Killing structures and \(F\)-structures on collapsed Riemannian orbifolds is proved. If such an orbifold is sufficiently collapsed then it is the union of orbits, each orbit is an infranil orbifold of positive dimension and the \(F\)-structure provides a decomposition of the orbifold into compact flat orbifolds.
