This short paper is concerned with the so-called dissipation anomaly, conjectured phenomenon in non-regular 3D turbulent flows. In particular, it is shown that the presence of energy cascade in the inviscid (Euler) limit implies the existence of energy cascade also (for a sufficiently close) viscous (Navier-Stokes) approximation.
