Let \(M\) be a smooth projective curve over \(\overline{\mathbb F}_p\). Let \(V\) be a vector bundle over \(M\), of \(\mathrm{rank}(V) > 1\). Let \(L\) be a line bundle on \(\mathrm{Gr}_r(V)\), the Grassmannian of \(r\)-quotients, where \(0 < r < \mathrm{rank}(V)\). One shows in this paper that \(L\) is ample, provided \(L.C >0 \) for any closed curve \(C\) in \(\mathrm{Gr}_r(V)\).
