The author's aim is to consider the well-known relation between additive measures and convex sets in the framework of so-called idempotent mathematics. In particular, he considers idempotent semimodules over an idempotent semiring whose addition is the join in a compact Hausdorff Lawson lattice \(L\) and shows that \(L\)-valued regular measures are related to free compact Hausdorff Lawson idempotent \(L\)-semimodules.
