Every positive integer n has a representation \(n=t(p_ 1+1)^{\epsilon_ 1}...(p_ k+1)^{\epsilon_ k}\) with the \(p_ i\) prime, each \(\epsilon_ i=\pm 1\), and all the prime divisors of t less than an explicit absolute bound. Furthermore, if such a representation is always possible with \(t=1\), then it is also possible with an absolutely bounded number of factors k.
