Nonlocal boundary problems for degenerate parabolic equations (Q788203)

The author studies the non-local boundary value problems for a degenerating second order parabolic equation with the unknown function u(x,t) in the domain \(G\times]0,T[\), \(G\subset {\mathbb{R}}^ n\), \(T=const>0\). On \(\partial G\times]0,T[\) there are given certain boundary conditions; in addition it is given a nonlocal condition \(u(x,0)=w(x)u(x,T)\). The author proves the existence and uniqueness of the generalized solution of this problem.
