The author generalizes the notion of q-additivity, given by \textit{A. O. Gel'fond} [Acta Arith. 13, 259-265 (1968; Zbl 0155.090)], see also \textit{H. Delange} [Acta Arith. 21, 285-298 (1972; Zbl 0219.10062)]. The existence of a limit distribution and of the mean value are discussed broadly. The definitions and results are too complicated to be stated here.
