For singular systems, i.e. for systems of the form Eẋ\(=Ax+Bu\), with E singular, the problem of computing the transfer function matrix has been solved. An algorithm is developed which uses the Souriau-Frame-Faddeev algorithm for regular systems. The final expression is suitable for computer use.
