(From the authors' summary.) Plane dynamic problems for elastic incompressible bodies with initial stresses are considered when the original dynamic problems admit reduction to steady state problems in a system of coordinates in rectilinear motion at constant velocity. A method of obtaining exact solutions using complex potentials is indicated and values of complex parameters are presented for bodies with elastic potential of specific form.
