Quantum mechanics and the local observer (Q792322)

In the spirit of \textit{I. E. Segal} [Mathematical cosmology and extragalactic astronomy (Acad. Press, N.Y., 1976)], the author introduces a notion of local observer into quantum mechanics. To this end, the theory of local negation [\textit{Y. Gauthier}, Z. Math. Logik Grundlagen Math. 23, 411-414 (1977; Zbl 0439.03047)] is sketched and then applied to Hilbert spaces. Also some implications of this theory for the problem of measurement are discussed. Though the author operates with numerous mathematical and logical concepts, the lack of accuracy at several places and the manner of exposition do not permit to consider the paper under review as mathematically well-written.
