The author evaluates a number of integrals which arise in electron gas theory in various dimensions. In section 2 he establishes three single integrals relating to the dielectric function and pair distribution function for the two-dimensional electron system of interest in the theory of semi-conductor inversion layers. In section 3, he presents a class of multiple integrals including several multiple integrals, which occur in second-order perturbation studies of the ground state energy of an electron gas.
