Betrachtet wird das folgende eindimensionale Stefanproblem (*) \(u_{xx}- u_ t=0\), \(0<x<s(t)\), \(u_ x(0,t)\in \gamma(u(0,t)),\quad u(s(t),t)=0,\quad \dot s(t)=-u_ x(s(t),t),\quad 0<t\leq T,\quad u(x,0)=\phi(x)\geq 0,\quad 0\leq x\leq \ell,\quad s(0)=\ell \geq 0,\) wobei \(\gamma\) ein maximal monotoner Operator ist. Der Autor zeigt die Existenz einer Lösung von (*) unter Verwendung von Differenzenverfahren.
