The authors further consider the class of \(\delta\)-continuous functions, the class of supercontinuous functions, the class of \(\delta\)-open functions, and the class of \(\delta\)-closed functions. The relationship between each of these classes of functions and the semi-regularization topology is further investigated and utilized and \(\delta\)-continuous images of each of locally nearly compact and nearly paracompact spaces are examined.
