Let \(B_ 3\) be the distributive lattice with pseudocomplementation obtained from the 3-atomic Boolean lattice by adding a new unit element, \({\mathcal B}_ 3\) the variety generated by \(B_ 3\), and \(L_ q({\mathcal B}_ 3)\) the lattice of sub-quasivarieties of \({\mathcal B}_ 3\). The author proves that the lattice \(L_ q({\mathcal B}_ 3)\) satisfies no non- trivial identity.
