Let \(L_ 1,...,L_ m\) be complex vector fields in a neighbourhood of \(R^ N\). Then, the author proves the hypoellipticity of the system \(L_ iu=f_ i\), i-1,...,m, under the condition Z introduced in Definition 1.3 of this paper. This result contains the hypoellipticity of tangential Cauchy-Riemann equations for CR structure.
