Two bodies with sperical distribution of mass and a gyrostat are considered. The relative equilibrium of the gyrostat satellite is considered when its center of mass is at the rectilinear or triangular libration points. Sufficient conditions of stability are determined and analyzed. The development is analytical, starting with the restricted circular problem of three bodies.
