The author gives an \(L_{2p}\)-stability condition for \(x'=Ax+b\Phi(x_ 1,t)+cg(t),\quad x\in R^ n,\) with a scalar function \(\Phi\), \(0\leq \Phi(x_ 1,t)x_ 1\leq kx^ 2_ 1,\) by considering the stability of the comparison system, that is, the system which governs the \(\binom{n+p- 1}{p}\)-vector function consisting of the p-forms of \(x=(x_ 1,x_ 2,...,x_ n).\)
