Stabilility of semilinear evolution equations in Hilbert space (Q797553)

In this paper the author investigates the problem of stabilization of a semilinear evolution equation. She extends \textit{H. Kielhöfer's} results [Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 57, 150-165 (1974; Zbl 0337.34056)] to show that under certain conditions it is possible to stabilize an unstable semilinear evolution equation by implementing a suitable control scheme (or linear dynamic output feedback). She does this by designing a finite- dimensional compensator scheme for the linearized system using her recent results [J. Franklin Inst. 315, 331-346 (1983; Zbl 0518.93045)] for linear evolution systems.
