Paths algebra, similarities and system decomposition (Q798300)

This paper gives some formulae enabling us to define families of similarities from direct observations or from a given similarity. By defining a family of similarities with the help of a ''capacity'' notion on a paths algebra and a family of ''similarity coefficients'' using a valued tree on a set, the properties of a generalized information are discussed when a similarity on a set is given.
