The author defines the space \(LH_{a,\mu,\alpha,A}\) of testing functions. The space LH'\({}_{a,\mu,\alpha,A}\) is the dual space of the space \(LH_{a,\mu,\alpha,A}\). Thereafter the author solves the equation of heat propagation in cylindrical coordinates without a \(\theta\) variation imposing the generalized boundary conditions.
