In a previous paper [Zap. Nauchn. Semin. Leningr. Otd. Mat. Inst. Steklov 84, 147-173 (1979; Zbl 0414.35063)], the author established some estimations, under inequality forms, for the solutions of the linear non- stationary Navier-Stokes equations in the half-space \(x_ 3\geq 0\), when the exterior field-forces is null, the fluid is incompressible and at the initial time it is at rest (null conditions). In the present paper the author generalizes these results to a general case respecting the initial and boundary conditions and to the case of a cylindric domain \(Q_ T=\Omega\times (0,T)\), \(\Omega\in R^ 3\), also for null and general initial and boundary conditions.
