The author considers problems of stable output data reduction in a measuring and computing complex. The preliminary problems and models of measurement were described in his previous paper [see the review above]. The measuring process is characterized by linear operators in Euclidean space. With given restrictions of the noise level, the solution is expressed in two theorems connecting these operators. Illustrations concern the analysis of nuclear spectra.
