If R is a strongly G-graded ring such that \(R_ e\) (e is the identity element of G) is a simple Artinian ring, then R is isomorphic to a crossed product \(R_ e*G\). The author describes the structure of a strongly G-graded ring R with component of degree e a semisimple Artinian ring. Necessary and sufficient conditions are given such that in this case R is graded isomorphic to a crossed product \(R_ e*G\).
