Monotonicity and concavity properties of zeros of Bessel functions (Q800541)

Eigenschaften der k-ten positiven Nullstelle \(c_{\nu k}\) der reellwertigen Zylinderfunktion \[ C_{\nu}(x,\alpha)=\cos \alpha\quad J_{\nu}(x)-\sin \alpha\quad Y_{\nu}(x) \] mit festem \(\alpha (0\leq\alpha <\pi)\) werden in Abhängigkeit von \(\nu\) untersucht. Unter anderem wird gezeigt: Auf \({\mathbb{R}}^+\) ist \(c_{\nu k}\) konkav und genügt der Abschätzung: \(c_{\nu k}>\nu +c_{0k}.\)
