Generalized Bhaskar Rao designs (Q800930)

Some methods of constructions of generalized Bhaskar Rao designs with non-zero elements from an abelian group G have been given. A generalized Bhaskar Rao design with \(v=k\) is equivalent to v rows of a generalized Hadamard matrix of order n where \(v\leq n\). It has also been shown that the necessary conditions are sufficient for the existence of generalized Bhaskar Rao designs with block size 3, for certain groups.
