This work is concerned with the continuity on \(C(\bar L)\) of the inverse \(\psi^{-1}\) of the integral operator \(\psi(\tau)=\{\phi(x,y)\tau(y)ds_ y\) where \(\phi\) is a fundamental solution of the Helmholtz equation and \(L=\cup L_ j\) is a union of a finite number of smooth and bounded open arcs in \(R^ 3\) where any two of \(L_ j\) have neither an interior point nor an end point in common.
