Given a C-monoid M, a direct construction of a Cartesian Closed Category with two objects U and T where \(M=Hom(U,U)\) is described. This is an answer to the question of \textit{J. Lambek} and \textit{P. J. Scott} [Introduction to higher order categorical logic (1986 ; Zbl 0596.03002)]. The paper contains the proofs of all necessary statements.
