It is considered a statistical estimation of a solution of systems of linear equations \(Ax=b\) by observations \(X_ j\), \(j=1,...,s\), over matrices \(A+\Xi\), \(A=(a_{ij})\), \(\Xi =(\xi_{ij})\), \(j=1,...,m\), \(i=1,...,n\). The aim of this paper is to investigate the conditions for asymptotic normality of this estimation.
