The paper deals with multicriteria decision problems. As a tool for simplifying the algorithms for multicriteria the analysis, the theory of rough sets is used. The author recalls the foundations of the rough sets theory and multicriteria decision problems and introduces a system of multicriteria description of actions (MDA-system) which is a modified information system. The work is original and shows another interesting application of rough set approach.
