Polynomial proper holomorphic mappings between balls. II (Q809233)

The results of this paper are extensions of the author's results in part I of this paper [Duke Math. J. 57, 211-219 (1988; Zbl 0657.32012)]. The first main result gives another version of a factorization of a proper polynomial map between balls. The second result determines the number of independent parameters for the family of proper polynomial maps of degree m from the unit ball in \({\mathbb{C}}^ n\) to any larger dimensional unit ball.
