The authors continue to study the non-Desarguesian translation plane of order 49 constructed by the first author [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 32, 256- 262 (1972; Zbl 0245.50029)]. This plane is shown to admit a solvable flat transitive group of order 600 which coincides with the translation complement.
