Theorems on stabilization at infinity of solutions of a class of regular equations to a polynomial are proved. The class of regular equations is a subclass of hyperelliptic equations and consists of elliptic as well as quasi-elliptic equations. The concept bases on a special integral representation for semielliptic equations obtained in Uspenski's papers.
