The authors study random Schrödinger operators \[ H_\omega :=H_0+V_\omega, \qquad H_0:=-\Delta +V_0 \] on \(L^2(\mathbb{R}^d)\), where \(V_0\) is a periodic potential and \(v_\omega\) is given by \(\mathbb{Z}^d\)-metrically transitive random field. The bounded random variable \(\omega_j\), \(j\in \mathbb{Z}^d\) are independent and identically distributed. The main aim of the paper is the analysis of spectral properties of such Schrödinger operators with sign-indefinite single site potentials. The main result is establishing the Lipschitz continuity of the integrated density of states as well as proving a linear (with respect to energy) finite-volume Wegner estimate.
