The autors present new formulas, symmetric with respect to permutations of the vertices, for the volume of a tetrahedron in both hyperbolic and spherical 3-dimensional space, involving the dilogarithm functions of some complex values associated to the tetrahedron's dihedral angles, and their connection to the quantum \(6j\)-symbol, the computations involved being carried through with Mathematica.
