The authors construct a quantum twisting element for a universal enveloping algebra starting from a certain dynamical twist. Applying this procedure to the Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{sl}_2\) the authors explicitly compute the universal twist for the universal enveloping algebra of the two-dimensional non-abelian Lie algebra.
