The work due to \textit{C. Costa} and \textit{R. Serôdio} [ETNA, Electron. Trans. Numer. Anal. 9, 53--55, electronic only (1999; Zbl 0952.65030)] is continued by investigating the solutions of quaternion block quasi-tridiagonal systems. As before, a major tool is the usage of Chebyshev polynomials.
