The authors prove Tsygan's conjecture for Hochschild chains of the algebra of functions on a manifold. Tsygan's formality conjecture has not yet been proved in complete generality. In this paper, the authors give the proof using Fedosov's globalization technique and the formality theorem. As a byproduct, traces on the quantum algebra of functions on a Poisson manifold are finally obtained.
