In part I [J. Differ. Equations 193, 359--373 (2003; Zbl 1048.34084)], the author began to study asymptotic properties of the return-time function \(T\) for a polycycle of an analytic planar vector field. In this paper, Dulac-type asymptotic expansions for the function \(T\) are obtained in the case, where the singularities which appear after desingularization of vertices of \(P\) are hyperbolic.
