The paper contributes to the theory of equilibria in finitely dimensional economies. The attention is focused on the economies in which the consumers' preferences are lower semi-continuous and in which infinitely many commodities are dealt. It is especially stressed that the model includes the lexicographical ordering, too, and that its principles can be widely used in the social choice theory. As the preferences of the considered type may not be represented by a utility function, many significant methods of the classical finite dimensional settings cannot be used. The main result of the paper regards the proof of the existence of a non-trivial quasi-equilibrium for the considered economies. Further results characterize the relations between deterministic and fuzzy open cores and, especially, extend the main result to economies with a rather more general total production set.
