Following basically the ideas of \textit{G. Lusztig} [J. Algebra 71, 490-498 (1981; Zbl 0465.20042)], the authors prove an isomorphism theorem for cellular semisimple systems with parameters. Because of the complicated statement of the main result, I refer the reader to the paper for details.
