The authors obtain an equation including the curvature tensor of a CR Weyl connection and that of a Tanaka connection. Using this equation a CR Einstein-Weyl structure is defined and an example of a CR Einstein-Weyl manifold SO(3)-bundle over a quaternion Kähler manifold is introduced admitting a CR Einstein-Weyl structure.
