The author claims that he found a way to make the derivation of Maxwell's electrodynamics simpler for a generalized nonlinear theory that preserves both conformal invariance and SO(2) duality-rotation invariance. Claims and parts of claims are made carefully so one does not get lost in the process of analyzing what is given. Lagrangian formalism was used to obtain the relevant and wanted results. The sentence `It is, therefore, reasonable to invoke the Hamiltonian and Lagrangian approaches interchangeably' was a good reflection of the essence of this letter -- showing that both formalisms result in analog forms.
