The book presents some contributions made by researchers and practitioners in the domain of sustainability of supply chains for different stakeholder's perspectives. It could be considered as a guide in novel mathematical decision models and a framework for effective implementation of supply chain sustainability. Chapter 1 presents the supplier selection problem exemplified through a farming machinery manufacturing company in Turkey according to TBL (triple bottom line) and solves it using Mamdani type FIS (fuzzy interference systems). Chapter 2 provides a review of green and sustainable freight transport practices. It also contains the literature review from the last 20 years. It tries to develop a roadmap of green and sustainable freight transport practices and a map of various countries contribution in of green and sustainable freight transport practices. Chapter 3 discusses the sustainability in urban expansion, and presents treatment to reduce the problem of urban expansion. The case study refers to Kolkata expansion after 1990. Chapter 4 deals with assessment of logistics performance in sustainable supply chain using for performance. The following criteria for performance are used: sustainable procurement, sustainable distribution and reverse logistics. For computing the whole logistic performance, the weighted scoring method is recommended. Chapter 5 discusses the service designing in heritage tourism through fuzzy Kano analysis. The prioritization is done using fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making with Kano analyses. The resulting Chapter 6 presents some gaps been found out by studying the literature on current state of technological issues and outlines the future research directions. Chapter 7 deals with sustainable consumption and the theoretical approach of it during the time. The ethical consumption, the theory of market choice behavior, the planned behavior and the value-beliefs-norms are is carried out regarding sustainability marketing in Turkish marinas. Chapter 9 is focused on green supply chains, the concept is exemplified by a research that was carried out in Pradesh, India, Chapter 10 explores the use of the Internet of things (IOT) technology in the supply chain management specific to perishable food items, to overcome the inefficiency problems of them.
