A few remarks on recurrence relations for geometrically continuous piecewise Chebyshevian B-splines (Q834648)

This paper compares the different approaches to recurrence relations for geometrically continuous, piecewise Chebyshevian B-splines, complementing the authors paper [J. Comput. Appl. Math. 219 (2), 457--470 (2008; Zbl 1149.41004)] where also the blossom approach \textit{T. Lyche}, [Constructive Approximation 1, 155--173 (1985; Zbl 0583.41011)] and properties of the de Boor algorithms were studied. The paper gives a good and thorough treatment of the material and the connections between the different approaches and enhances the power of the blossom approach.
