MV algebras present an algebraic counterpart of many-valued logic. Nowadays, they are also an important part of effect algebras. The authoress studies observables and characterizes them by the Loomis-Sikorski theorem via tribes of fuzzy sets. She derives important analogues of Markov kernels. The results are then applied to commuting POV-measures.
