The paper under review is a continuation of the work done by the first author [Pac. J. Math. 232, No. 1, 207--232 (2007; Zbl 1214.11044)] on the classification of symmetric bilinear forms of height 2 and degree \(d=1\) or \(2\) under fields of characteristic 2. Also, in that paper the notion of a good bilinear form was defined. In the paper under review the authors complete the classification of bilinear forms which are good of height 2 and degree 1 or 2. The results obtained in this paper allow the authors also to classify all bilinear forms which are not good and are of height and degree 2.
