The book under review consists of 5 parts containing 19 chapters, its list of references includes 470 works. The body of the presented research is organized in three main groups: the first one (reflected by the first part) identifies network effects in software market valuations, whereas the second one (presented in the second part) reflects quantification of network effects. The main result here is presented by valuation links to adoption and deffusion models of customer networks in a network effects vatuation framework for software markets. In the third group (Parts III and IV) customer networks properties, topologies and dynamics are approached from the complex networks perspective. Conclusion (Part V) reflects the summary of all the findings, a review of important limitations and an outlook on further research opportunities. The results of computer simulation are presented in a graphic form.
