Sub-Riemannian geodesics on the 3-D sphere (Q841669)

With the view of identification, the authors do an identity between \(S^3\) and the unitary group \(SU(2)\), and they construct a celebrated frame Hamiltonian system on the unit sphere in the setting of identification. They can further consider the so-called geodesics on the corresponding space: 2-step sub-Riemannian manifold. The results posed in this paper are interesting.
