In a previous paper, the authors proposed a generalized algorithm for two models in solving a linear programming problem with the convex combination of the max-min and the max-average composition [ibid. 197, No.~2, 559--565 (2008; Zbl 1141.65045)]. In this paper, they make two corrections to the previous paper. One correction appears in the data used in the numerical example 1. The second correction appears in the numerical example 3 where some intermediate data are obtained in iteration 5 with the iteration 6 newly added.
